Requirements
  • Experience in B2B sales/lead generation from 1 yearpreferably in e-commerce or marketplaces.
  • Experience of working with a high percentage of rejections (cold outreach).
  • Cold calling, active selling, working with objections.
  • Owning of tools for identification and access to LPR.
  • Working with large databases, tools for searching and verifying contacts.
  • Understanding the basic principles of compliance and contractual work.
  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language, competent language, clear diction.
  • A confident PC user, experience with Excel.
Duties
  • Sell through cold calls, letters, messengers - with a focus on quick access to LPR.
  • Work with refusals and bring negotiations to a conclusion even in complex cases.
  • Maintain timely and accurate reporting in the provided Excel files.
  • Accompany the partner until the signing of the agreement, coordinating with the onboarding department.
  • Offer channels for attracting suppliers, provide feedback on the effectiveness of existing ones
  • Contact with potential partners: (Sending initial letters, messages (email, messengers), transfer of interested leads to onboarding managers)
  • Participation in process improvement(Generation of ideas for new lead generation channels, testing of tools (parsing platforms, automation, etc.))

Working conditions
Remote work,  five-day work schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.
