DUTIES:

• Implement projects for the modernization of the Company's energy and engineering systems from the very beginning to acceptance and commissioning.
• Lead the search for new ideas within the annual Loss Analysis, regarding energy saving, reduction of CO2 emissions and reduction of water consumption. 
• Organize the Company's energy audits and evaluate the results in accordance with the Energy Map and Water Road Map criteria
• Determine the energy saving potential in the enterprise's sectors of technological lines, individual energy consumers when implementing innovative energy-efficient technologies

• Determine priorities for the implementation of economically justified projects to improve the energy efficiency of enterprises;
• Determine a more rational type of energy carriers and technological processes for the enterprise, use non-traditional and renewable energy resources, secondary energy resources

  MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

  • Higher technical education in the field: energy, energy management or similar.
  • Ability to analyze energy consumption for each type of energy and provide recommendations on the use of certain tariffs for fuel consumption of energy resources
  • Ability to calculate the technical and economic efficiency of the implementation of innovative energy-saving technologies
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, command of English at a conversational level
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivation, leadership qualities, discipline.
  • Openness to innovation and change.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Project management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
