UCU Development Department is looking for a desperate person who is ready to quickly and qualitatively join our team, adding to us youthful enthusiasm and expertise, and to himself - new experiences and victories.  department

UCU Development Department is responsible for attracting and coordinating financial resources for operational and capital development of UCU, working with foundations, committees and private donors in Ukraine and abroad. The team organizes fundraising activities, prepares grant applications, supports the implementation of projects and provides reporting to donors. The department also develops a network of university partners and provides support to other departments in finding and attracting additional funding.

Main tasks

• Creating presentations for donor meetings, grant applications and partnership negotiations
• Preparation of promotional and representative materials about the projects, programs and strategic initiatives of the University
• Adaptation of materials for various audience
• Working with text, visual logic and creating interesting stories with, at times, dry facts and figures
• Working closely with the team of the Development Department and the Department of information

Expected skills and abilities

• Understanding the logic of fundraising and donation motivation
• Ability to structure complex information and convincingly present it in the language of presentations
• Visual literacy, attention to details (do not confuse words and do not lose letters and commas...)
• Sense of composition, hierarchy and color
• Ability to work with sentences (deadlines)
• Ability to respond quickly to requests and edit materials

Tools

• PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva
• Figma or Adobe Illustrator / InDesign
• Ukrainian - fluent, English - B2+
