Specialist in compensation and benefits (Compensation, Benefits) in Linkos Group

We are a stable IT group of companies with over 500 employees. We are developing a modern HR function and invite to the team a Compensation and Benefits Specialist who will help create a transparent and effective system of rewards and personnel analytics.

About the role

This is a position for a structural, detail-oriented analyst who wants to influence the quality of management decisions and form HR systems from scratch.

Main tasks

• Preparation and updating of the organizational structure of group companies
• Description of positions, formation of profiles, requirements and areas of responsibility
• Analysis of the salary market, preparation of recommendations for forks
• Calculation of bonuses, bonus schemes, participation in modeling of motivational systems
• Analysis of HR indicators (turnover, involvement, efficiency, workload, headcount)
• Support of budgeting processes in the part of personnel costs
• Preparation of presentations and reports for management
• Participation in the improvement of policies and internal standards of labor remuneration

Our expectations

• 1-2 years of HR or C&B experience
• Analytical mindset, strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Understanding of compensation structure, rewards, bonuses
• Experience with organizational structure and job description would be an advantage
• Attention to details, systematic thinking, responsibility
• Readiness to work with a large amount of data
