Main functional responsibilities:

• processing incoming calls from customers;
• processing requests and orders received at email;
• processing of inquiries based on VIN code and without it;
• search for POs, orders and creation of incoming invoices for goods from suppliers;
• formation of return documents to the supplier;
• control of order reserves;
• work with messengers;
• work with reports;
• negotiations and conclusion of contracts with clients branches;
• resolving conflicting and disputed customer appeals at the level of competence;
• monitoring and conducting regular customer analysis (turnover, income, etc.)
  participating in the inventory of branch staff;
• observing company standards and regulations;
• fulfilling assignments and tasks assigned by the manager.
