• You know the full cycle from cutting to packaging, can read technical documentation, build flows and optimize every process.
• ?When the deadlines are burning and the fabric is late - You in 10 minutes rearrange the schedule and fix things.
• ??You are not afraid of changes: have already introduced new equipment and methods that at first scared everyone, and then increased output.

• Organization and coordination of work of sewing production.

• Planning production tasks, monitoring the execution of plans and deadlines.

• Optimization of production processes, introduction of productivity improvement tools.

• Product quality control at all stages of production.

• Personnel management: assignment of tasks, control of discipline, training and development.

• Control of the use of materials, equipment and resources enterprises.

• Analysis of production indicators and preparation of reports for management.

• Observation of occupational health and safety regulations.
