"Right to Defense" The Foundation has powerful positions in the field of protection of the rights of internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees and stateless persons. From the beginning of military invasion in eastern Ukraine, the Fund monitors the IDP protection situation by providing legal and psychosocial assistance and enhancement Humanitarian response in Donetsk, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhia, Sumy regions. Today the Fund is working in almost all regional centers of Ukraine and communities within the respective areas. > Description of the Project

Specialist/rank performs the task of coordinating the activities of the ITP, establishing the processes of solving difficult life circumstances of internally displaced families, by improving accessibility to services, organizing a safe space for IDPs and implementing tools for solving and eliminating problems of such MTP. One of the important directions will also be organization and conduct of trainings, events, information meetings for residents of MTP Regarding access to priority needs, community services, and gradual integration of IDPs into society, as well as preparation for returning people to their primary lifestyle. : 400; partnerships with different stakeholderswe, cooperation with foreign partners;
Update of databases with contacts, information management;
Regular monitoring of places of temporary residence of IDPs;
Organization and administration meetings MTP, as well as with interested parties sides;
Assistance in identifying vulnerable beneficiaries;
Support in providing humanitarian aid to places of temporary residence;
Development of partnerships with local authorities, beneficiaries, communities, humanitarian organizations and other interested parties;
Help in the development of project documentation;
Regular assessment of the needs, including informational and educational, of IDPs living in IDPs;
Organization of information and educational activities;
Development of a plan of activities in accordance with the agreed topics;
Organization and control of the work of trainers and facilitators (if necessary);
Involvement of IDP residents in joint activities and development of their own collective initiatives;
Documentary support and assistance in the implementation of initiatives of MTP residents;
Information and Advancement Support for Humanitarian Issue Residents;
In close collaboration with IDPs, the organization of measures aimed at improving the living conditions in the MTP;

Professional Requirements

Higher Education in the Field of Social, Pedagogical Sciences, Psychology, Management, Rights or Other Related Industry;

Knowledge of National Legislation in the Field of Population and IDPs;

Knowledge of internal displacement issues;

Knowledge of the region and socio-political situation in the region;

Good planning skills and targeting results;

excellent communication skills;

Ability to Work independently and in a team in compliance with deadlines;

possession of Excel, Word, Google;

Flexibility, the ability to build a team relationship on a trusting and friendly basis;
