Development of partnerships with local authorities, beneficiaries, communities, humanitarian organizations and other interested parties;
Help in the development of project documentation;
Regular assessment of the needs, including informational and educational, of IDPs living in IDPs;
Organization of information and educational activities;
Development of a plan of activities in accordance with the agreed topics;
Organization and control of the work of trainers and facilitators (if necessary);
Involvement of IDP residents in joint activities and development of their own collective initiatives;
Documentary support and assistance in the implementation of initiatives of MTP residents;
Information and Advancement Support for Humanitarian Issue Residents;
In close collaboration with IDPs, the organization of measures aimed at improving the living conditions in the MTP; span>

Professional Requirements
Higher Education in the Field of Social, Pedagogical Sciences, Psychology, Management, Rights or Other Related Industry;
Humanitarian Experience or Charity Projects;
Knowledge of National Legislation in the Field of Population and IDPs;
Knowledge of internal displacement issues; span>
Knowledge of the region and socio-political situation in the region; span>
Good planning skills and targeting results;
excellent communication skills;
Ability to Work independently and in a team in compliance with deadlines;
possession of Excel, Word, Google; span>
Flexibility, the ability to build a team relationship on a trusting and friendly basis; span>
