  • higher education in the direction of management, social work and/or/or tangent industries;
  • Knowledge and skills of project management, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, software and financial reporting; >
  • The ability to process large amounts of various information, to analyze it and to form reports;
  • Strategic planning and analysis skills; /
  • excellent communicative (the ability to find common ground with different people, to convince in the interests of the project, to organize and conduct negotiations, to conduct business correspondence) and organizational skills; style = "font-weight: 400"> Team management experience (50+ people);
  • maturity of judgments in combination with a proactive, vigorous approach to solving problematic situations; /
  • The ability to work qualitatively in the conditions of rigid deadlines;

  • Basic tasks and responsibilities:

    • adjustment and support of cooperation with keyand project persons, representatives of organizations and communities;
    • ensuring effective communication to fulfill project goals:
    • participation in meetings and events necessary for the implementation of the project: organization of events and meetings in accordance with established deadlines and requirements (ensuring the participation of planned persons, organization of accommodation for performers, rental of premises for holding events, organization of catering for event participants, registration and interviewing of participants, etc.);
    • organization of the work of trainers, experts and other performers;
    • compilation of reports on intermediate the results of project implementation and proposals for improving processes;
    • ensuring the implementation of planned works in accordance with the estimate and project plan, checking financial documents, participating in the preparation of tender documentation and contracts;< /li>
    • conducting a needs assessment of the personnel involved in the project regarding the development of their competencies and planning measures necessary for this (trainings, seminars, etc.),
    • tracking the progress of project implementation and monitoring compliance with deadlines and the budget;
    • solving problems that arise during project implementation;
    • preparing analytical reports, presentations and other documentation about the results project;
    • reporting to the immediate manager, grantees, partners or other interested parties;
    • holding meetings and presentations to popularize the goals and results of the project;
    • introduction of innovative methods in the social sphere;
    • visiting locations on a regular basis (Kharkiv, Poltava and Ivano-Frankivsk regions).
