Today, you have the opportunity to join our team of professionals who confidently step towards the same goal and are united by common interests and life values, because we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

What will you do:

  • Accept incoming calls and make outgoing calls to clients, for the purpose of information support and advice on using the robota.ua website;
  • Update and maintain all information about website users;
  • Communicate loyally, politely and discreetly with customers, desire to help and show a friendly communication style;
  • Motivate to work with the site of each recruiter as an individual user;
  • Attract clients to use the entire functionality of the site to quickly close vacancies;
  • Greet clients with personal and professional holidays;
  • Help clients with writing vacancies and posting them on the site.
  • Teach new users of the robota.ua website how to work with the CV database and publish vacancies;
  • Help with the preparation of payroll analytics for clients;
  • Assist sales specialists and fulfill their requests regarding clients;
  • Diagnoses technical problems on the client side and transfers them to technical support colleagues for their resolution;< /li>
  • Inform about advertising companies and share the achievements of the site;
  • Actively interact with company managers, colleagues from the technical support department;
  • Ensure the fulfillment of specialist work standards (customer support );
  • Maintain and maintain a customer database, records in detail all communications with the customer in the company's CRM system;
  • Visit the office in accordance with the rules for visiting established in the department;
  • To carry out separate official assignments of the group leader.

Expectations from the candidate:

  • higher education;
  • Good Ukrainian language: oral and written literacy, good diction;

  • Skills for identifying needs;
  • Skills for dealing with objections;
