SPORTLIFE technical support engineer/specialist in Sport Layf

Functional Responsibilities:

• Provide support, advise company employeeson issues related to computer equipment and software;
• Provide support for IT equipment, peripheral, communication channels and software;
• Work in the application system (receiving, routing applications from users, solving problems).

Requirements :

• Technical education(or student with ability to work full time );
• Experience of working with user technical support from half a year or more;
• Experience and knowledge of installation and support of standard software;
• Basic network knowledge (including experience of physical installation), TCP/IP protocol, telephony;
• Knowledge of hardware part of PC, setting up printers and other office peripheral equipment;
