Your area of ​​responsibility:

• Administration of the incentive system – calculation and coordination of premiums, their analysis and monitoring of effectiveness;
• Preparation of periodic reporting - internal and management reports;
• Participation in the processes of monitoring and replanning of budgets of the labor remuneration fund of accountable divisions;
• Preparation, analysis and presentation of information in accordance with requests;< /li>
• Participation in service and department projects (for example: evaluation of the effectiveness of units, automation of processes, review of bonus systems, etc.)

To successfully solve tasks, you will need :

• Higher education (economics, management, etc.);
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Confident knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel (there will be a lot of work with large data sets and their analysis);
• Analytical abilities, critical thinking, responsibility, desire to learn and develop;
• Knowledge of the English language Intermediate levels.
