• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year;

• Experience in actively searching for candidates;

• Ability to evaluate the candidate;

• Experience in writing job vacancies;

• Ability to present the company to candidates;

• Own modern methods of searching and selecting candidates;

• Experience in conducting various types of interviews (telephone, video, face-to-face).

It will be a plus:

• Retail experience.

Your key tasks:

1. Active search and selection of candidates;

2. Conducting qualitative interviews and assessing candidates for compliance with job requirements;

3. Creating attractive job descriptions and placing them on various resources;

4. Maintaining the candidate database and keeping it up-to-date;

5. Self-closing of 15-20 vacancies every month;

6. Coordinating the recruitment process from the first contact to the candidate's departure;

7. Participation in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies;

8. Analysis of the effectiveness of various search channels and providing recommendations for their optimization.
