Main responsibilities:

• Search and selection candidates for open vacancies (LinkedIn, Telegram, Djinni, Work.ua, Rabota.ua, etc.).

• Using modern sourcing tools and non-standard search approaches.

• Primary contact with candidates (text messages).

• Management of the candidate database and status updates in tables or ATS.

• Cooperation with recruiters and by the HR team to effectively close positions.

?? Requirementss:

• Minimum or basic experience in sourcing / recruiting (or a strong desire to learn).

• Attention, systematicity, ability to quickly find the necessary information.

• Responsibility and desire to develop in the HR direction.

• English no mandatory, but will be an advantage.
