Recruiter / Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a recruiter who loves people, respects processes and brings things to a result.

This is a vacancy not “to try” and not “in parallel with others”.
We need a person who wants to build a career in HR and takes responsibility for his work.

What you will do every day:

• Independently manage vacancies for line staff (bakers, cooks, cashiers)

• Work with incoming and cold candidates

• Conduct initial telephone interviews (by structure, not “how will work")

• Maintain candidates in CRM and tables (status, agreements, deadlines)

• Communicate with bakery managers and cover real business needs

• Give feedback to candidates and managers

This job is for you, if:

• You really want to be a recruiter, not "see how it is"

• You care about results and order, not chaos

• You don't disappear if it's difficult, and you get things done

• You know how to listen to people and make the right decisions questions

• Are you responsible for agreements and deadlines

• Do you have experience in recruiting / sales / call center - this is a plus, but not the main thing

• You often make excuses instead of taking responsibility

• You don't like tables, recording and reporting

• Not ready/ready to learn and accept feedback
