We are looking for a recruiter who loves people, respects processes and brings things to a result.
This is a vacancy not “to try” and not “in parallel with others”.
We need a person who wants to build a career in HR and takes responsibility for his work.
What you will do every day:
Independently manage vacancies for line staff (bakers, cooks, cashiers)
Work with incoming and cold candidates
Conduct initial telephone interviews (by structure, not “how will work")
Maintain candidates in CRM and tables (status, agreements, deadlines)
Communicate with bakery managers and cover real business needs
Give feedback to candidates and managers
This job is for you, if:

Are you responsible for agreements and deadlines
