Now we need one more person to take on operational work from searching for resumes, sending vacancies from the candidate database, sending offers to clients, sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and TG channels.

  What YOU will get:

  6. We work only with highly qualified vacancies from the fields of: sales, marketing, middle and C-level positions. You will help manage completely different vacancies, including SEO and COO;
  7. You do not communicate with clients, do not deal with briefs - this is done by the sales team and PM;
  8. The average age of the team is 24 years, we are very valuable, we have a cool atmosphere in the team;
  9. We are for initiative, if you have ideas to improve recruiting processes - great, let's use them;
  10. We have a step-by-step video adaptation for new employees, from the first days you will 100% have all the tools to close vacancies;
  11. Since 2023, we have donated 125 000 hryvnias at ZSU and further this amount will only increase;
  12. The average budget for a vacancy within a month is UAH 80,000+, we have our own network of Telegram channels with 92,000+ subscribers, a developed LinkedIn and a VERY strong candidate base throughout Ukraine (3,200+ people).

  Your tasks:

  1. Sending vacancies to potential candidates who submitted resumes on job sites;
  2. Search for candidates in LinkedIn;
  3. Conducting initial interviews with candidates;
  4. Search for candidates in alternative resources for closing vacancies (TG, FB, Inst), placing vacancies on alternative resources;
  5. Operational processes: assistance in creating vacancies, candidate databases and initial feedback processing
  6. Assisting a senior recruiter in conducting video interviews.
