IT System Administrator in ENCORE Digital

ENCORE Digital is a Ukrainian IT company that is part of the group of companies with Ukrainian roots. We develop modern digital infrastructure and support the stable operation of IT systems for business. We are currently looking for a System Administrator who will help ensure the reliable operation of the company's infrastructure, networks and services.

What will be the tasks?

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software;
• Provide technical support for office and production local networks;
• Manage the configuration and operation of computer operating systems;
• Respond and resolve support requests;
• Updating systems and processes as needed for enhanced functionality and addressing security issues; B
• installation and testing of computer, network, and server hardware;
• Creating alerting scenarios and dashboards in monitoring systems;
• Configuring, monitoring, and testing backup and recovery scenarios; 
• Configuration and support of web servers.
  
  

It is important for us if you:

• Have deep knowledge in the administration of operating systems: Linux, MacOS, Windows;
• Have deep knowledge of the architecture of computers and servers and virtualization platforms;
• Have clear and deep knowledge of computer networks (VPN, WiFi, LAN, access points, switches, routers);
• You have knowledge of network principles and protocols;
• You have experience in configuring and administering Active Directory and Entra DC; You have experience working with the command line (Bash; PowerShell);
• You have knowledge of security principles and best practices (OWASP TOP 10);
• You work with the M365 service stack and Azure;
• You have deep knowledge of backup services Veeam, Azure BackupService, Azure Site Recovery.
  

It will be an advantage:

• Experience of working with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana;
• Experience of working with cloud solutions and their settings;
• Experience of working with VmWare virtualization platforms, Proxmox;
• Experience with Docker, Git, Azure DevOps platforms;
• Experience with network equipment Fortinet, Aruba;
• Knowledge of information security standards such as ISO 27001, CIS, NIST, NIS2.
