The innovative EdTech center DAN.IT education is looking for its ideal, creative, and most importantly trendsetter — SMM manager. We are looking for a candidate who knows how to work with various social networks, communicate correctly with the audience, knows how to correctly position the business and talk about the company and its services using various communication formats in social networks. And most importantly, our ideal SMM person does not stand still, follows trends and knows how to pick up situational content in time. Preference is given to candidates with a sense of style and self-confidence, who do not expect instructions, but can understand needs and implement interesting and creative ideas in business presentation in social networks. What you will do: Complex management of social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram); Participation in the development of a content plan for managing social networks; Development and implementation of mechanisms for engaging the audience in social networks; Filming of video content for social networks: concept development, filming and editing for Reels and TikTok; Drafting of technical specifications for creative designers for social media .network; Monitoring situational content and generating ideas for its application in relation to our product; Communication in social networks: moderation, responses to comments, spam removal, etc.; Work with opinion leaders: development of the idea of ​​integration, search for opinion leaders for our CA, communication and support for implementation; Monitoring and analysis of competitors' activities, tracking trends in social networks; Analysis of the effectiveness of SMM management (creating reports ).Skills and knowledge we are looking for: Fluency in the Ukrainian language, knowledge of the rules of spelling and punctuation; nice to take pictures. Understand the basics of composition in a frame, process photos in a single style for use in social media posts; Ability to shoot video and understand frame composition. Communication with the speaker and preparing him for video recording; Skills of working with editors for videos in social networks: editing, subtitles, etc. for Reels and TikTok; Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
