Without the important work undertaken by the team our leading self-care products such as Solpadeine®, Coldrex, Xylorin®, NiQuitin®, Lactacyd®, ellaOne® and Compeed® would not be so readily available to consumers!If you want to have a positive impact whilst working alongside brilliant people, then read on…..Scope of the RoleDeliver Country Business Goals & CS&I Strategy Translates the annual, quarterly & monthly business priorities into winning executional plans in marketDelivers budget targetsDevelop Leading CS&I PrinciplesIn partner with Country & Category CS&I Managers, own defining what tools are needed to win in the market Key partner to Local CS&I/Sales teams, to be the voice of external reality, building winning executional plans to deliver the budgeted planOwns driving consistency of selling tools across categories & delivery in time for key selling cycles Win in Executional ExcellenceTogether with Category Managers partner with Sales & Marketing to deliver winning execution of annual plans in market across all category prioritiesLeads and owns execution across the country of the Perfect Store strategy, by channel and key customer for [category] (DVRP KPIs targets eg. distribution targets, price & promotional guidance, visibility targets).
