SMM Team Lead in Talent Hunters Hub

We are looking for an SMM Team Lead in the marketing department of a licensed online casino brand. An interesting project, promising team, freedom in decision-making and the possibility of growth - and these are not all the advantages of this position!

From you we expect:

• Experience in the field SMM, at least 2 years preferably in the gambling industry;
• Understanding the specifics of each of the SMM channels and tools and the differences in approach and tools;
• Strong communication skills and experience in managing creative teams;
• Systematic approach to work, ability to think strategically and build clear processes.

Duties of this position:

• Creating a strategy for the development of SMM channels and Influence Marketing for the company brand;
• The ability to broadcast TOV, create cool textual and visual content;
• Coordinating the in-house team to work on Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube;
• Managing the process of creating content for social networks from TK to production to evaluating the results in leads;
• Evaluating and researching the target audience and the competitive environment;
• Analyzing and improving results, working with negative comments and mentions, weekly and monthly reports;
• Forming a work plan and keeping financial records of budgets;
• Responsibility for achieving the set KPIs and planned indicators.
