• Experience in the field of SMM, at least 2 years with an advantage in gambling - industries;
• Understanding the specifics of each of the SMM channels and tools and differences in approach and tools;
• Strong communication skills and experience managing creative teams;
• System approach to work, the ability to think strategically and build clear processes.

Obov responsibilities in this position:

• Creating a strategy for the development of SMM channels and influence marketing for the company brand;

  • Ability to broadcast TOV, create cool textual and visual content;
  • Coordinating the in-house team for work on Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube;
  • Managing the process of creating content for social media networks from TK to production to evaluation of results in leads;
  • Assessment and research of target audience and competitive environment;
  • Analysis and improvement of results, working with negative comments and mentions, weekly and monthly reports ;
  • Formation of the work plan and financial accounting of budgets;
  • Responsibility for achieving the set KPI and planned indicators.
