Duties:

1. Maintenance of pages in social networks:

- Content preparation and planning (texts, visuals, videos); 

— Publication of posts, stories, rails; 

— Maintaining a content plan taking into account marketing goals; 

— Content adaptation for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, others). 

2. Communication with the audience:

— Sale of Brand goods; 

— Responses to messages, comments, reviews; 

— Work with objections, conflict resolution; 

— Maintaining the tone of the brand in communication; 

— Moderation of activity under posts. 

3. Attracting subscribers and potential customers:

— Development and implementation of mechanics for attracting a new audience (only natural methods, collaborations, promotions); 

— Use of hashtags, geolocations, interactive (surveys, quizzes, etc.); 

— Engaging influencers/bloggers. 

4. Advertising campaigns:

— Creating and setting up paid ads in Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads independently or with the help of specialists, monitoring the effectiveness of the settings, and influencing the adjustment process if the settings do not bring the expected goals; 

— Analysis of advertising effectiveness (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS); 

— Managing the advertising budget.

5. Analysis of results and reporting:
