KEY TASKS:

Responsible for the development, implementation and support of training programs and processes for the development of knowledge and skills of specialists in Secur Group.

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive training system for employees of various levels and competencies in accordance with business needs.

• Creation of educational programs, electronic courses and interactive materials (SCORM).

• Implementation and support of the distance learning platform, ensuring its effective functioning.

• Organization of assessment of training effectiveness and employee skill level.

• Formation of the adaptation system of new employees.

• Coordination of team work trainers and curriculum developers.

• Involvement of external partners and trainers to create and conduct programs.

• Definition of goals and key metrics of training effectiveness.

• Development and implementation of programs to attract and develop young specialists.

• Use and implementation of modern innovative training methods.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• The ideal candidate should have successful work experience in large Ukrainian or international companies. With 2 years of experience as a team leader/leading T&D/L&D.
• Have experience in developing/implementing or participating in the development of training programs for specialists from junior to senior level.

• Communication and teamwork: effective interaction with different levels, openness to feedback, the ability to argue, work with objections, presentation skills.

• Performance management: understanding the global picture of the company, complex relationships and priorities, planning work taking into account the stakeholders parties.

• Serviceability in the company: ability to be a reliable and effective internal provider for the implementation of business tasks
