KEY TASKS:
Responsible for the development, implementation and support of training programs and processes for the development of knowledge and skills of specialists in Secur Group.
Development and implementation of a comprehensive training system for employees of various levels and competencies in accordance with business needs.
Creation of educational programs, electronic courses and interactive materials (SCORM).
Implementation and support of the distance learning platform, ensuring its effective functioning.
Organization of assessment of training effectiveness and employee skill level.
Formation of the adaptation system of new employees.
Coordination of team work trainers and curriculum developers.
Involvement of external partners and trainers to create and conduct programs.
Definition of goals and key metrics of training effectiveness.
Development and implementation of programs to attract and develop young specialists.
Use and implementation of modern innovative training methods.
