SMM project manager in MadArt Agency

MadArt Agency is looking for an SMM Project Manager to work with international projects. If you know how to manage SMM processes, organize a team and create effective content strategies - we will be glad to see you in our team.

Responsibilities:

• Complete management of client SMM projects

• Coordination and management of a team of designers, videographers and creators

• Development and control of the implementation of SMM strategies

• Creation and approval content plans

• Setting tasks for the team and monitoring deadlines and quality of execution

• Participation in content creation: ideas, scripts, basic editing

• Content effectiveness analysis and strategy optimization

• Communication with clients and building long-term relationships

Requirements:

• Experience in SMM and management projects

• Team coordination experience (designers, videographers, copywriters)

• Understanding of social media trends and promotion tools

• Skills in creating content plans and strategies

• Basic installation skills and mastering SMM tools

• Analytical thinking and ability to work with metrics

• Free command of Ukrainian and English languages

• Responsibility, proactivity and organization
