We are currently looking for a Communications Quality Assurance Specialist (AI-QA)

Who are we looking for?

• Do you have hands-on experience in customer support or sales;
• It will be a plus if you have work experience in the following positions: QA/QC manager (contact center / sales / support), Sales/Support Enablement, Training Specialist;
• You understand how to work in Google spreadsheets;
• Responsible and independent;
• Objective and fair;
• Attentive to the details.

Your future tasks:

• Operational management of AI-QA (reporting and monitoring of the AI-based system);
• Control of the implementation of the quality improvement process;
• Review of appeals + justice management;
• Calibration of the AI model and checklists;
• Formation of the library examples;
• Flow process control.
