We are seeking an ambitious and skilled part-time Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager for Monivate. You will develop and manage social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms, combining creativity, strategic thinking, and community engagement to drive successful outcomes and strengthen our social media presence.

What’s required:

• At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position.
• Proven experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong ability to engage with audiences and handle comments and feedback effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Positive, adaptable, and well-organized to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Twitter).
• Engage with audiences, manage comments, and provide prompt feedback.
• Generate creative ideas for content and campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and analyze competitor activity.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality content.
• Create and post content on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with bloggers and influencers to expand reach and engagement.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Twitter.
• Basic skills in graphic and video editing tools (Figma, Canva, Adobe AE, etc.).
