We are looking for a passionate Senior Technical Product Manager with experience in supporting the development and rollout of a SaaS B2B product to the market, to join our remote team (we have offices in Milan and Viterbo, Italy - New York, US - Dubai, UAE and our CTO is in Kraków).

You’ll be playing a key role in supporting the development of a new ML-based SaaS solution for the B2B segment, that is performing customer data collection and running sophisticated algorithms.

The person will be engaged with a VAT/B2B contract.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Business domain expertise and passion in Digital Marketing and/or Advertising Technologies, eg. Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing platforms, etc.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in product management roles at software organizations, preferably developing SaaS MarTech products
  • Experience working with agile product management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, interface design applications, and process mapping solutions
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Understanding of BigData, cloud environments and microservices
  • Experience writing technical documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Quality Assurance, Product Development, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support Teams
  • Excellent communication and project management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English, both verbal and written
  • Proactive and can-do attitude, ability to multitask
  • MS or Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field

,[Work as part of an engineering team (agile methodology) on developing and managing technical product requirements and user stories (SaaS platform) , Work closely with the CEO and Growth (Marketing & Sales) team to fully understand market trends and customer needs. , Support the definition of product vision, strategy and roadmap by benchmarking with other products and analyzing feedback shared by the sales team . , Understand and translate customer needs and technological directions observed on the market, into technical requirements. Guide the development process to deliver technically sound products to enterprise customers. , Transform business requirements into detailed technical documentation , Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Product Development Team , Define metrics and success criteria for design, testing and product acceptance with cross-functional teams (e.g. product development, quality assurance) , Review and prioritize enhancements with customer-facing and product development teams.
