The Animalism by UAnimals shop was created to draw attention to the vulnerability of nature and to tell more about the animals of Ukraine in need of help.
All profits from the store go to the UAnimals animal protection fund.
The role of the SMM manager for the Animalism by UAnimals store is to create and develop a unique Instagram page , which through the sale of items supports the important mission of protecting animals.
Requirements:
Have experience in SMM: from 2+ years with a large number of followers.
Be creative and experiment: propose new ideas, test non-standard approaches, know the latest trends and innovations in Instagram, be able to quickly adapt them to the content.
Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights).
Be able to work with graphic editors (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to create the design of posts and promotional materials.
Understand the principles of targeting, be able to select an audience and set up campaigns.
Analyze data and have ideas for improvement.
Be communicative to interact with subscribers and customers.
Have the skills to write texts adapted to the style and tone of the brand
Be committed to the mission: love animals and want to help them.
Be interested in world events, understand what is on the agenda.
Terms and conditions:
Work week 5/2 from 10:00 to 18:00 and respect for non-working hours.
Hybrid format of work: remotely and in the office in Pechersk.
At least 2 days in the office, because it will be cool to show the inner workings of the store.

What to do:
Manage an Instagram account: plan and publish posts, Stories, Reels. Adapt content to trends and new features of Instagram.
Create a content plan taking into account trends and events. Create visual content for social networks: photos, videos, graphics for posts, stories and advertising creatives.
Cooperate with a photographer, help in organizing and conducting shootings, finding heroes and heroines for photos and videos.
Write interesting creativeand texts for publications, advertising companies, when launching new products, as well as for product descriptions on the site.
Engage audience: communicate with followers, respond to comments and messages.
Analyze content effectiveness: track metrics (reach, engagement), make reports and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with target specialist to develop advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. Analyze results and make suggestions to improve content strategy and engagement. Be able to independently set up targeted advertising on Instagram.
