Requirements:

• Higher education
< li>2 years of work experience as a methodologist of educational materials/specialist in creating a methodology for training
• Knowledge of various methods, forms and technologies of training
• Knowledge of methodological design and features of adult training people
• Knowledge of the basics of creating electronic courses
• Experience of public speaking
• The ability to work with distance learning platforms will be an advantage, Articulate 360 Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and templates/images Canva, Freepik, Shuttestock).

Main tasks:

• Develop and update the methodology of educational materials
• Create a methodology for the development of distance courses. Organize and conduct training activities in online and offline formats: trainings, master classes and other forms of training (at the request of the business) for different target audiences
• Work with a large amount of information Form feedback checklists and provide recommendations for improving the level of knowledge
• Consolidate training reports and analyze performance training
