• Have experience as an SMM manager from 1 of the year;
• You understand the algorithms of social networks and know how the main platforms work (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• You have experience in creating and running effective advertising campaigns, you can set up targeted advertising and optimize it in Facebook Ads, Google Ads and other platforms.
• You have analytical skills, able to work with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights to analyze the effectiveness of content and advertising.
• You know how to plan and create content, write texts, create visuals and edit photos/videos, work with Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro tools.
• You have copywriting skills and know how to write high-quality, engaging texts for different formats such as posts, headlines, ads, descriptions.
• Able to coordinate work with designers, photographers, videographers and monitor execution tasks.
• You know how to deal with negativity in social networks and maintain the reputation of the brand.

Together with the team, you will do:

• Developing strategies for the development of project profiles on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok;
• Maintaining project profiles on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok;
• Writing headlines, descriptions and tags that attract attention and ensure high video visibility;
• Adaptation of existing videos for social networks, conversion to the required format, adding subtitles, etc.;
• Organization and control of the process of creating a new video (from idea to final edits for editing);
• Analysis of views, likes, comments and adaptation of strategies according to the results;
• participation in the development of promo campaigns and their implementation in life.
