Are you an experienced Lead Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in lead generation? We are looking for a senior professional who has advanced skills in Google Ads, Bing Ads, META, Linkedin and can generate high quality leads. If you have experience working with CPA networks, partnerships and referral programs, this position is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Development, implementation and optimization of the strategy for attracting potential customers, especially in Google Ads , with the help of high-level conversion customization and GTM management.
- Focus on increasing high-quality leads while optimizing conversion rates and reducing cost per lead (CPL).
- End-to-end control campaign management and continuous campaign optimization to increase ROI and conversion rates.
- A/B testing and data-driven adjustments to maximize campaign impact.
- Lead initiatives in CPA networks to generate high-quality leads while exploring partnerships and referral programs to increase reach and engagement.
- Monitoring and reporting on KPIs related to lead generation, user acquisition, CPL and ROAS. Using analytical data to improve strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements :
- Upper-Intermediate English level: b>strong written communication skills to effectively collaborate and report to stakeholders.
- Experience in the US market.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Conversion Setup and GTM: extensive experience in managing effective Google Ads campaigns, as well as hands-on skills in conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager.
- Attracting leads through network CPA: proven success in generating quality leads and achieving engagement goals through CPA networks.
- Social media advertising: proven success in generating quality leads and achieving engagement goals through META, X, Linkedin, etc.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, Clarity, etc.) for decision makingand efficiency optimization.
It would be a plus:
- Experience in the logistics niche.
- Experience with B2B products.
- Knowledge marketing automation systems and CRM.
