SMM / Content Manager in Optimate

Optimate is an ERP system for language schools and educational businesses. We help school owners systematize processes and manage business without chaos.

We are looking for an SMM / Content Manager who knows how to work with a complex product, keep the tone of voice of the brand and create content that builds trust and interest in the product.

Main tasks:

Social networks (key area of responsibility):
Management of Optimate social networks (content, sense, visual)
Support of a single tone of voice of the brandCommunication with the audience

Content and production:
Preparation and regular release of the podcast "Osvitonomics"
Adaptation of content for different formats and platforms
Help in the preparation of texts for the site, e-mail and chatbot newsletters
Support of product launches, promotions and updates
Help in the preparation of video content from the founders

Requirements (must-have)
Experience of managing commercial accountsfrom 1 year
Experience of working withB2B / SaaS / complex products
Ability to writecommercial and explanatory texts
High speed of work + attention to details
Fluent Ukrainian language, intolerance to mistakes
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Will be a plus
Experience in podcast or video content production
E-mail marketing experience
Understanding funnels, launch mechanics, content for sales
Experience in education or EdTech
