Requirements:
- Experience in managing production/workshop in an environment with non-standard/unique products (engineering, individual furniture production, other similar fields).
- Knowledge of working with Lean methodology.
- Skills in building a problem-solving system at the root level.
- Experience in managing large teams (50+ people with a multi-level structure).
- High leadership qualities and experience in developing managerial competencies in subordinates.
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with data (tables, graphs, visualizations).
- Ability to delegate effectively, set control points, mentor a team.
- Proficient PC skills (Excel, 1C, production accounting systems).
