PPC Team Lead

We are a performance-oriented marketing agency that works with clients in the fields of e-commerce, services and other niches.

We are looking for a PPC Team Lead who can lead a traffic team, keep the result in numbers and scale paid channels without chaos.

Main tasks

+ Management of PPC direction in the agency (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads). UTM structure
+ Testing of hypotheses, creative links, funnels and audiences
+ Communication with account / project managers and participation in client calls

What we expect

+ 3+ years of practical experience in PPC
+ 1+ year of team management experience
+ Strong hands-on in Google Ads + Meta Ads (TikTok Ads will be a plus)
+ Experience working with advertising budgets and scaling campaigns
+ Strong understanding of analytics and attribution
+ Systematics, leadership qualities and responsibility for results
+ Experience working in an agency will be a great advantage

Will be a plus

+ Google Ads / Google Analytics certifications
+ Experience in e-commerce or lead generation
+ Understanding of creative strategy for performance advertising
+ Cases with by reducing CPL/CPA and increasing ROAS
