We invite you to join the production team and take part in the competition for the position of Production Master.

You will be responsible for:

• organizing the work of personnel, proving production tasks and controlling them implementation
• implementation of the plan for the production of semi-finished products of appropriate quality
• effective organization of the production process, namely: compliance by employees with labor productivity standards, effective use of production areas, equipment, raw materials and materials
• control over compliance with technological processes, prompt identification and elimination of the causes of their violation
• control over compliance by workers with the rules of occupational health and safety, production and labor discipline, rules of internal labor procedures
• timesheet and production accounting.

We expect you to have:

• higher education (economics, food technology, chemistry)
• minimum work experience in the production of food products
• understanding of ISO and NASSP abbreviations, and why they are in production
• analytical and logical thinking
• ability to work in multitasking mode
• effective communication skills
