We are currently looking for a strong change master, who not only coordinates work, but also understands processes, owns digital tools and knows how to train people.

Your main tasks:

• Organization and controlling the operation of automated production lines during the shift. teams

• Training of new employees and mentoring in the production environment

• Prompt response to non-standard situations, cooperation with technical services

• Daily reporting on the execution of plans and status production

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 2 years of work experience as a shift master / technologist / foreman in a food or related production

• Well knows production processes, especially in automation conditions

• Owns Excel (tables, formulas) and has experience working with 1C

• Has leadership qualities and a pedagogical approach - knows how to explain, teach, organize

• Oriented on quality, order and results
