Marketer (Digital, Growth) in VisaProfi

VisaProfi is a visa agency that specializes in preparing clients for obtaining visas to the USA, Canada, Great Britain and other countries. It is important for us that you have experience in the service industry or in a similar business model.

We are looking for a full-time marketer who will systematically develop the company's marketing.

We are NOT looking for:

• Part-time agencies or freelancers
• Part-time professionals
• Those who only want a narrow role (Targetologist/SMM only)

Tasks and requirements

Marketing is systematic work for the result: stable leads at a projected price. You need to be able to work both with your hands and your head.

Paid traffic: You will launch, run and scale advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) in order to fulfill the lead generation plan and reduce the price of the lead.

Site (WordPress): You will create and edit pages, make changes, improve conversion elements. The designer makes the design — you bring the page to the result. Your performance indicator is to improve the conversion of all company sites.

SEO: You will improve SEO indicators: site structure, meta tags, semantics, internal optimization.

Analytics: You will create dashboards, aggregate all analytics from all marketing channels, track metrics and demonstrate their improvement.

Automation: You will create and improve company chatbots, develop scripts and lead magnets to increase conversion into an application.

Email marketing: You will do mailings, warm-ups, automatic chain letters.

AI: You already use AI tools and know how to optimize business processes with their help.

Coordination: You are able to form clear TORs for the designer, SMM-nik, contractors and control the quality of their work until the result.
