Responsibilities:

1. Organization of the production process:

• Planning the work of the production workshop.
• Ensuring efficient use of equipment and resources.

2. Quality control:

• Incoming control of raw materials and materials.
• Quality control of finished products, compliance with standards

3. Personnel control:

• Instruction of employees on technological processes.
• Control of compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards.

4. Document management:

• Maintenance of documentation, including technological maps, reports on raw material consumption, quality reports.
• Participation in internal audits.
