NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Technical education, preferably in the field of ACS
• Understanding the principles of customer orientation
• Communication skills that allow you to clearly inform, help and advise users. Patience, courtesy, tact and diplomacy when you deal with difficult situations
• Ability to remember large amounts of information, analytical mindset;
• Experienced PC user, confident skills in working with Windows OS, MS Office, remote communication software (Teams, GoogleMeet).

Will be an advantage:

• Knowledge English at a basic level to familiarize yourself with the documentation
• Experience in the field of automated control systems

POSITION FUNCTIONS:

• Reception, registration and classification of requests from the company's customers, collection of additional information for the analysis of the issue
• Consultation and initial support of users
• Selection of equipment according to requirements clients
• Equipment setup according to client requirements
• Solving non-standard client tasks
• Reporting on your appeals to management.
