  What are your duties?

  • Monitoring and analysis of the operation of the equipment and life support systems of the Data Center using special tools;
  • Primary analysis of technical incidents, determination of the causes of malfunctions and coordination of actions to eliminate them;
  • li>
  • Providing comprehensive information to responsible divisions or general contractors for quick resolution of emergency situations;
  • Control of maintenance of life support systems of the Data Center, such as power supply, air conditioning, fire alarm;
  • Supporting customers in the Data Center premises, providing assistance with the installation/disassembly of their equipment;
  • Maintenance of working documentation regarding technical incidents and access to the Data Center.

  Who are we looking for?

  • Specialist with a higher or specialized education in the field of telecommunications or related areas;
  • Candidate with basic knowledge of power supply systems (batteries, generators, converters), air conditioning and fire-fighting equipment;< /li>
  • A user of MS Office, preferably with experience in UNIX;
  • A person with experience in telecommunications industry and willingness to work on a shift schedule (12-hour shifts).
