Main duties:
- Ensuring the proper functioning of the database, KOBO (backup, restoration, administration, monitoring of events occurring during work), data transfer from COBO.
- Optimization of the operation of the database, COBO (implementation of backup copy regulations, preparation of reports on the operation of the database).
- Prevention of data loss and damage.
- Ensuring information security at the level of DB, COBO (control of compliance with regulations on ensuring database security).
- Management of development of DB, COBO (study, development and implementation administration of new database technologies, analysis of system information processing problems at the database level, preparation of proposals for the future development of the database).
- Database testing, technical support of users. to DB, KOBO.
- Participate in the development of exercises/trainings for local employees.
- Support and accompaniment of local employees, timely solutions requests coming from the centers.
Requirements:
- Full higher technical education (preferred).
- Experience of working with the database of the Caritas network from 1 year (preferred).
- Experience of working with cloud products Google, MSOffice, KOBO.
- Experience in administration of Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, MS SQL Server.
- Experience in compiling automated reporting on quantitative indicators.
- Experience in developing database configurations.
- High level of command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written).
Knowledge and skills required:
- Understanding the principles of building relational databases.
- Have knowledge in writing calculation algorithms.
- Ability to identify errors and add/correct formulas in tables.< /li>
- Basic knowledge of one of the JS, .NET, PHP, Go languages.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server algorithms and data structures.
- Preferred have knowledge of deploying WEB projects.
- It is desirable to know Git.
