Requirements:
- Analysis and systematization of processes, making considered and operational decisions in non-standard situations;
- Interaction with the business customer, with related units on issues of quality/improving the operation of systems/processes;
- Working with partners, suppliers/vendors with issues of processes and integrations with these partners;
- Quality control of services: assessment and setting of IT metrics, processing of complaints and suggestions from customers (account manager), control of service performance and elimination of incidents, including h timely notification of the customer and all involved departments about the impact of the incident on the customer and the provision of a solution and full closure of the case;
- Broadcasting the requirements of the business customer to the new IT functionality, organizing the verification of the implementation of the requirements, agreeing on the additions/improvements of the functionality/supply with the customer and IT (development team, infrastructure service, etc.);
- Participation in the coordination of IT changes that are in the area of responsibility of the service manager;
- Analysis, registration and localization of emerging errors and problems, control of service performance and elimination of incidents;
- Consultative support of Bank employees regarding the operation of services and systems that are in the area of responsibility of the service manager;
- Interaction with project managers and project teams on issues related to the quality of IT services;
- Service documentation management.
