What we will entrust you with:

• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with managers of the Client Business Development Department, communicating with stakeholders and identifying business needs
• Analyzing financial indicators, creating and adjusting reports, analytics on request (ad-hoc), taking into account the modeling of financial results, for making management decisions
• Preparation of business cases in the framework of interaction with the Department of Business Development of Clients, creation of recommendations and corrective actions, post-analysis of efficiency (impact on Revenue, Gross Profit, Oper. Profit)
• Effective cooperation with all key functions within the Finance Department to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial and other reporting used to make management decisions
• Forecasting and planning KPU and OKR indicators with an analysis of deviations, including opportunities and risks , if these points suit you:
  • Experience in the position of at least an analyst in the Finance, Marketing, Sales divisions , experience in the direction of financial analysis from 3 years;
  • Understanding of business processes and operations related to finance and sales, marketing, trade marketing;
  • Economic analysis skills and forecasting;
  •  Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and interact with different levels of management;
  • Responsibility and attention to detail;
  • Experience in coordinating or leading commercial projects
