We atSport Life are looking for an energetic and customer-orientedService Lead Manager, who will be a key link between our corporate partners and the world of healthy living!

What will you do:

• Consult and help: process incoming requests from employees of corporate clients, helping them choose the ideal season ticket format.

• Drive sales: quickly and efficiently issue season tickets, adhering to high conversion standards.

• Be a "bridge" communications: provide feedback to account managers regarding customer requests or problematic issues to improve service.

• Work in CRM: maintain a customer base according to corporate standards/
