competent Ukrainian language and spelling.
stress resistance and desire to help the client.
PC skills at the level of a confident user.
desire to learn new things and the ability to calmly and quickly solve problems.
Responsibilities:
consult customers in chats and in phone call mode (outbound line, up to 10 calls on average during the day).
Will be a plus:
work experience in customer support.
