SERM Specialist in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with our co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for a SERM Specialist to join one of our successful businesses - Liven.

Our product Liven App is a companion in this adventure, with its set of tools and useful knowledge.

As a SERM Specialist, you are expected to:
— Involvement in business reputation management; 
— The ability to communicate your own vision and adjust the audience's perception of the brand through working with users in reviews (App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, YouTube); 
— Combating negativity, dishonest reviews and working with other reputational risks; — Working with feedback and helping to improve the product based on feedback; 
— Assistance in attracting new users through reputation management and maintaining an existing audience through solving user problems; 
— Work on increasing brand appeal.

What is important to us:
— Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), spoken and written; 
— Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes; 
- Stress resistance; 
— Strong communication skills: ability to work with user objections; 
— Empathy and customer orientation; 
— Interest in the topic of emotional and behavioral well-being; 
— Readiness for long-term cooperation.
