We are an engineering and consulting IT company that develops and implements digital solutions in the field of transport planning, analytics and modeling.
We work with international projects for EU, UN, municipalities and private clients.
We are looking for a Business / Project Operations Manager who will be responsible for operational support of business and projects, communication with customers and partners and will help scale the company's processes, removing a significant part of the operational load from the manager.
Your role
Be the operational hub of the company - a point of coordination between the manager, the team, customers and international partners:
structure processes, monitor execution, ensure clear communication and prove tasks to the result.
Main responsibilities
Business and clients
Admission, registration and initial qualification of leads (including international)
Fixing requests in CRM / task management systems, monitoring deadlines and next steps
Initial analysis of requests clients
Communication with potential customers during the preparation of commercial proposals
Communications and organization
Initiation and conduct of business correspondence (UA / EN)
Organization of meetings, calls, online meetings
Follow-up after meetings and control of execution agreements
Coordination of interaction with international partners and clients
Materials and documents
Preparation of presentations, project descriptions, letters and commercial offers
Preparation and unification of team CVs for tenders and international projects
Update and support of standard templates (CP, presentations, profiles companies)
Project and operational support
Operational support of international projects
Preparation of regular internal summaries for the manager (leads, projects, negotiations)
Control of document flow at the status level (without legal expertise)
Maintenance of a structured archive: KP, presentations, correspondence, reports, contacts
Our ideal candidate
Must:
Experience in roles: Project Manager / Operations Manager / Business Support
English - B2+ (oral and written)
Strong communication and written skills
Structural, attention to detail, responsibility
Ability to work with several tasks and deadlines
Will be a plus:
Experience of working with international projects, grants or tenders
Experience of working in IT companies or with IT products
Working with project management systems (Worksection, Jira, Asana, etc.)
Understanding Agile / Scrum / Kanban
