SEO Team Lead (iGaming) in Pulsar Ads

The company Pulsar Ads has been working in the field of Internet marketing in the iGaming category for more than 9 years and provides traffic from various sources to advertisers around the world. Due to the active growth of the company, we are looking for a SEO Team Lead who will help bring our projects to a new level.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy for sites in the online casino niche;
• Conducting a technical audit of sites and eliminating identified problems to improve indexing and ranking;
• Optimization of content for search engines taking into account the requirements of the iGaming industry;
• Work with link building: strategy development, search for quality donors, link profile analysis;
• Competitor analysis and implementation of best practices to achieve leading positions in SERPs;
• Managing a team of SEO specialists (if necessary), setting tasks and monitoring their execution;
• Monitoring key SEO indicators (visibility, traffic, conversions) and their improvement;
• Interaction with content managers, developers and marketers for complex development of projects;
• Working with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO activities;
• Preparation of reports and recommendations for further development of projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in SEO from 3 years, preferably in the field of iGaming or other highly competitive niches;
• Deep knowledge of Google search algorithms and other search engines;
• Experience of working with large content projects and understanding the specifics of promotion in gambling niches;
• Ability to work with analytical and SEO audit tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.);
• Experience with technical SEO optimization (site structure, loading speed, Core Web Vitals);
• Skills in building effective link building strategies;
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and carry out detailed analysis;
• Ability to work in a team and result-oriented.
