SEO Specialist in ToDo LTD

The direction of our team is the digitization of business processes of enterprises based on Odoo - the most popular ERP system in the world. We are one of the certified companies in Ukraine that implement Odoo, and are among the top 3 implementers on the Ukrainian market.

We are looking for an SEO specialist to join the team for the development and promotion of the group's sites companies.

It is important for us to get stable long-term organic traffic, increase the visibility of sites in search results and occupy the necessary positions in key query clusters.

What will you do?

• Independently conduct SEO promotion of internal projects of the group of companies (Ukrainian and international markets);
• Develop and implement SEO strategies for the growth of organic traffic and leads;
• Perform a full range of SEO works: from On-page to Off-page optimization;
• Form a semantic core and design the structure of sites;
• Conduct SEO audits of sites and determine points growth;
• Form technical tasks and monitor their implementation for the content team, designers and technical specialists;
• Work with internal and external optimization taking into account priorities;
• Find effective promotion strategies, including taking into account the development of AI search;
• Communicate with the technical team, colleagues and contractors within the framework of work on projects;
• Work with analytics and monitor the results of SEO promotion.

What do we expect?

• Experience in SEO from 2 years;
• Experience of independently managing SEO projects and the presence of successful cases of promotion;
• Deep understanding of SEO principles, ranking factors and algorithms of search engines;
• Experience of conducting technical audits and working with semantics;
• High level of analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes data;
• Experience with SEO tools:Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush or Serpstat, Screaming Frog or Netpeak Spider, Seranking, Chrome DevTools, Surfer SEO.
