Head / Team Lead Media Buyer in Dao

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Head / Team Lead Media Buyer for our DAO.AD team
 

Main responsibilities:

• Launch, optimization and scaling of advertising campaigns in such formats as: push, in-page push, popunder / clickunder, video, in-app, native traffic, etc.;
• Analysis and evaluation of the results of advertising campaigns;
• Further selection of new employees for the scaling of communications, own efforts and delegation tasks;
• Preparation of plans and reports;
• Achieving pre-agreed KPI.
   

Necessary skills:

• Experience in traffic arbitrage and deep understanding of the principles of affiliate marketing (from 2 years and more);
• Successful experience of independent work (solo) — mandatory;
• Experience with teaser / push / popunder networks;
• Understanding the principles of advertising networks: launching campaigns, key optimization parameters, analytics, understanding how the auction works, etc.;
• Experience working with such traffic types such as: push, in-page push, popunder / clickunder, video, in-app, native traffic, etc.;
• Experience with verticals: dating, adult, installs, lead generation, sweepstakes, finance, etc.;
• Understanding concepts such as tracker, postback, ROI and other key indicators affecting the result;
• Independence, initiative and responsibility.
