What challenges await the Seo Specialist:

—Participation in the development of the global annual and quarterly SEO strategy:

• analysis of competitors and their main methods of promotion;
• analysis of trends and newmoves/tactics on the SEO market;
• strategy development and implementation together with the team;
• monitoring of results and timely adjustment of the strategy if necessary to achieve KPIs for the project.

— Planning, distribution and execution of tactical tasks according to the strategy and directions: technical, structural and contextual optimization;
—Search for new growth points: preparing hypotheses, presenting them to the team, conducting experiments and drawing conclusions based on their results;
—Monitoring the technical state of the site using tools: Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Chrome DevTools, etc.
—Checking the implementation of project tasks.

What is important to us:

- 1.5 years of experience as an SEO specialist: in an agency or in-house;
- Confident use of tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Serpstat;
—Understanding algorithms of search engines and ranking factors;
—Knowledge of optimization methods and the ability to find growth points for the project;
—Availability of cases based on the results of independent project management;
—Ability to optimize your work due to AI;
—Understanding modern realities of organic and AI issues.
